I solved it actually : during the last xorg-common package update a lot of
unity and compiz packages were remove/reinstalled by apt.
I reinstalled packages unity and gnome-compiz, unity is working properly
again.

Do any one fixed another bug on a previous version of firefox? Or, on a
previous version of npviewer or nsplugin? My question is because this is
happening in Chromium too.
