Daniel, the reason I didn't submit it there was idd because I had to
register and didn't find any links to do so at the time. So
Subscribing ubuntu-sru to determine whether this is an acceptable
issue/patch for an SRU. I will create a debdiff later today (I'm

I noticed, while trying to find a substitute for ubuntu on my 64 bit
machine, that the problem is not limited, at least in my case, to
ubuntu. I tried running the latest fedora and the problem is still
there. Could it be Kernel related? Could someone else try this and see
if the problem persists

I noticed that the hex value is different after a successful mount, and
after that I have two keys in @u, one with each value. Then ecryptfs-
umount-private deletes the “right” one but leaves the “wrong” one
around:
