To the HPLIP developers at HP: Currently no user is able to install the
proprietary driver plug-in for any version of HPLIP on any distribution.
The problem is a software change which SourceForge has done on their

Maybe it'd be possible to port setup-packaging-environment to python and
make it use lplib?
