I record every rehearsal from my band and eversince I upgraded to Ubuntu
11.10 when I open up the project there is an error reported which says
that the recording is incomplete and lot's of files are missing. During
recording and playing back there is no problem at all.
I tried changing the system locale to Hungarian. It did not help the
keyboard layout issue, after every restart it is changed back to en_us -
rather annoying.
Any advice on how to fix this?

after upgrade logged out and logged in. Then start firefox from the

I did observe that there are no notification sounds with the KDE 4.8 backport
in oneiric.
The reason is this bug in KDE 4.8:

So it is not the fault of KDE itself, but a bug in qt4-x11 version 4.8.0 and is
already fixed in
