This is not a software issue, but an hardware issue. It is known that
some AMD processors have unreliable sensors (according to the kernel
docs, those for Socket F or AM2+, but I'm not sure if this info is up-
to-date).
If you want to use the k10temp driver on this system, you can always
force

Same setup as Martinez in previos post.
Solution for me are as posted evolution --force-shutdown then it works for a
while.

I observed the following: After upgrading to kernel 2.3.0-36 on my
desktop and on my laptop I often see that fsck clears orphaned inodes on
ext4-filesystems when I reboot. I didn't saw that before the upgrade.
After returning to 2.3.0-35 this problem disappeared on both machines.
