It's not a bug, but feature request.
I open a lot of tabs, and sometimes (enough frequently) I need to
reorder tabs the same way like in gnome terminal.
I think this feature will be useful for many people

Affects Ubuntu 13.04 with Nautilus 3.6.3-0ubuntu16. Connecting to FTP
server doesn't crash Nautilus.

I don't think this old bug report is a way to get this problem solved as
it is already closed. Since you have already looked for a current bug
report and can't find one I'd suggest you file a new one yourself.
Please don't be shy. I'd suggest you use the approach at
7.10 reached end of life some time ago. Have you had this issue on a
currently supported release?
