After update from 13.04 to 13.10 I've started to experience weird issue. I'm
using bluetooth mouse and usually it works great. However if I suspend my
machine and then wake it up, mouse suddenly stop working. According to
bluetooth applet, mouse is still connected, but

with bluetoot mouse keyboard this is really annoying... thanks!

Startup Disk Creator fails most of the times,
The same bug affects me. I try to disable bluetooth with indicator-
bluetooth but doesn't actually disables it. The only way to do it is to
turn it off by system settings menu.
