'System Settings', and then start 'Displays'. That would fix the

Same to me. But I didn't see cpu, memory, and hard disk fully load. I
see that the mouse and the system freezes ...sometimes comes back,

Thank of reporting this -- it looks like the fix for the Precise kernels
is actually missing.
I've uploaded a test kernel containing the fix (I've uploaded only a
-pae kernel since this seems to be what Damien is using, but I can
upload others if required). Basically this is a 3.2.0-56.86 kernel
Unreadable dates/times in gnome-system-log in Ubuntu are a longstanding
annoyance. I'd love to see this fixed for Trusty.

Can you try changing /etc/maas/import_pxe_files to set ARCHES to
i386/generic amd64/generic, re-run the import script and try again?

I operate a raid server consisting of two hardware RAID6 arrays (11 2 TB disks
each), which are combined in a MD-raid (Raid0).
When booting Kernel 2.6.32-33, the Raid is assembled correctly:
cat /proc/mdstat:
