I think mentioning this bug in release notes would only confuse users:
the bug here is in the person who relied on undocumented racy behavior -
this have nothing to do with systemd or ubuntu or sshd.

Excellent, I think this is the same issue that has been seen before, and
there were one or two upstream patches that may fix it. I just need to
remember what they were and hopefully you can test and verify they fix
it and we can get it released into 14.04.
