Hi I am using a Meizu MX4 with the OTA 8 update. If I try to select 3G
"in the open" with no wifi signal (but wifi turned on) the phone
doesn’t switch to 3G and stays on wifi. I understand that auto switching

Fixed upstream in git, could be applicable to 3.10 if 16.04 doesn't move up.

My laptop (ubuntu studio 64bit) just suddenly decided to have this
problem.
The network menu shows "NetworkManager is not running", if i try to run
NetworkManager directly, it shows this error and exits.
I tried futzing around with the config files, didn't work :/
