So with some help from mgz I think I found the source package that was
failing to build and I can't reproduce the problem :/ I still thing it
must be a stray GOARCH=ppc64 in the environment, but I don't have a clue

as install even with --reinstall did not work (libprotobuf-lite9v5 was already

When I make an outgoing call, I am unable to hang up. I can do so only
by changing to another app and then return to the dialer-ap.
Step to reproduce:
1.) Open the dialer-app
2.) Start an outgoing call
3.) Try to hang up by pushing the hang-up button
Then the hang-up
