Public bug reported:
This error occured while installing nginx on my ubuntu server. I have no
technical knowledge about that. Please fix this bug ASAP thank you.
ProblemType: Package
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 16.04
Package: nginx-extras 1.10.0-0ubuntu0.16.04.4
ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu
Taglib fix is in the linked branch.
The thumbnailer test dumps core on all architectures on zesty. The fault
keeps moving around, looks like a race condition. We are not using
threads ourselves, so the problem likely is in a something we call into.
Candidates would be QT and (unlikely) leveldb.

What I expect to happen:
Do you mean you want to cancel it while it's in the "connecting to
store" phase? Or after that? The former is fair enough, although a bit
racy. The latter is not really, once the device is managed it's managed,
I guess the only way out from there is a factory reset.

cloudinit/stages.py uses 'net.is_disabled_cfg()'.
I just verified on a fresh lxc container.
* boot system
* lxc exec x1
% echo "network: {config: disabled}" >
/etc/cloud/cloud.cfg.d/99-disable-network-config.cfg
% rm /etc/network/interfaces.d/50-cloud-init.cfg
% reboot
* lxc exec
