I can confirm the same issue on 18.04 using Gigabyte AERO 15x v8 with
Nvidia GTX 1070 MaxQ. The `prime-select intel` method leaves the card
powered on, even though the vgaswitcheroo/switch indicates it's off -

This issue still exists in 18.04 and affects almost everyone i know
using ubuntu 18.04.
The scripts of whatever package should only generate jks keystore
instead of pkcs12.

Yahoo deco'd their quotes API last year. The recommendation is to move
to Alphavantage as a source of quotes, which requires an API key.
GnuCash 2.6.20 adds UI support to enter the API key, although there are
workarounds available for the earlier versions that ship with Ubuntu.
Also, the bug applies to real machines too. So I removed mention of VMs.

We can, in theory, consider upgrading libinput in 18.04 so long as it's
to a bug fix release only. Not a feature release. So yeah we could
consider 1.10.5/6 for bionic.
Longer term however it will be interesting to see how we handle bug
