The partner have tested both for 4.16.0 and 4.15.1 ( I guess it is newer than
4.15.0-34), it was reported that the issues is same. The 4.15.1 testing results

I wonder if it is an easy change to make kde-l10n-zhcn not depending on
ibus as preset.
The problem might be if somebody installs a system based on kde-l10n-
zhcn and there is no preset IME then there is no input possible in
Chinese but only in English. Many Chinese people don't speak English, at
