freeze as soon as the stylus approaches the screen, but booting into

Steps for reproducing this issue:
- Open Steam launching Age Of Empires 2 Definitive edition with discrete
graphics card
- Play Game
- Observe some stuttering in game, then close the game
- Steam locks up and after a short time the whole desktop hangs and

with the 20210324 daily build of Ubuntu MATE. The problem *does not*
