The ppa you point out is where we start preparing next hwe kernel, initially as
hwe-edge kernel, which does get published to the main archive, and eventually
becomes hwe variant.
However hwe-edge kernels are not meant

It appears the mozjs Heap is a bogus pointer from very early on.
Next steps:
1. See if the latest gjs update has changed the situation (waiting on
new live images).
2. Look into gjs to see if the problem starts in there or if the whole

Disregard the (now deleted) comment regarding Focal, I got mixed up in
my terminals. Focal is affected, but Bionic is not.
I suspect this is caused by our patch that changes the semantics of
security level 2 to also drop support for (D)TLS < 1.2.

replacing the obsolete PPA of otto-kesselgulasch by that of ubuntuhandbook,
