I'm getting dependency conflict when trying to install vim in Ubuntu
noble chroot. The dependency version it wants is older then what is
available in repositories. Running apt-get install vim fails with error
as shown below:
(chroot) $ sudo apt-get install vim
aom 3.8.2-2 landed in Ubuntu and I can see "dh_auto_test" being executed
in the latest builds. I just subscribed ~foundations-bugs.
There's still a MIR dependency on bug #2004516 that should be solved
independently before promotion.

2GB RAM is not a lot, but according to 22.04 it should be sufficient (for
Ubuntu Server, Ubuntu Desktop already wants 4GB) - so I am not sure if the min.
req. for RAM may have or will change with 24.04 - I'll check.
