Just to make sure I went back to 3.11.0 and I couldn't reproduce the
issue. I think installing the Intel MEI drivers on Windows (this is a

Using acpi_osi=Windows 2012 on grub's command line seems to help. I
suspended and resumed a couple of times and the AC is detected correctly
and so is the lid state (which now suspends the box).

lag almost disappears, and it'll only occur if I move the windows
