Unfortunately, right now there is no package with debug symbols for 1:2.22.1-0ubuntu4.1 version of gnome-control-center. So I have downgraded it to 1:2.22.1-0ubuntu4. The same behavior. However, this is kind of tricky because the program doesn't crash, it just freezes for a second. I've attached
