go to system preferances main menu
Add a new item (creates a launcher). Hit browse to choose an application
Manually type the path to the DIRECTORY ONLY in the location and hit enter. By
default it should show the contents

It seems to get slower with some new update. Ever since i saw the new kernel
and nvidia-glx package updated around 2-3 times updates ago

Actually i do notice it slower, the more i use it the slower it tends to
get. Also, alot of effects now have a black window with it.. like the
animation /genie minimize/restore for example. It shows a little black
part while in transition. This wasnt there about 2 weeks ago.
