Deleting the CMakeLists.txt.user not helps for me. The temporary workaround is:
Run Settings - Run configuration - add - select your target, you'll get
target2 configuration. And this works until Qt Creator restart.

Sounds like Roja is in a mess too.
Is there any alternative to OpenVPN, or does the issue lie with the
network stack under these VPN software products?
I upgraded from Hardy to Intrepid yesterday (Thursday 30/10) and have
the same problem.

As a home worker this is causing me real problems. Is a fix likely

Happens when using the intel video driver on Intrepid Alpha 6 and
problem disappears when compiz is disabled.
Even setting opacity to 100% for System Monitor in the opacify,
brightness, and saturation options in Compiz Settings Manager doesn't
stop it being slightly transparent.

Only happens with Human and NewHuman themes.
Seems odd for one application to decide to be transparent when others
aren't and no way to change it.

It would be better for nvidia-settings not to be in the main menu than
to fail to save its settings although it shouldn't be too easy to mess
around with an important file like xorg.conf.
