Agreed, however if I intend to buy, I require an account. Why provide
search results for people who do not intend to buy? What of the people
who subscribe to non amazon services?
Like I said, its more flexible, its opt in, and there is little bias.

I filed a bug that presents an alternative to the current shopping lens:
Allow users to add Amazon accounts to Online Accounts, then present
results based on the presence of the account.
I believe this is an over-all better framework because it's opt-in and
can scale to other online retailers

Ubuntu should provide the ability to add an Amazon account, as well as

I am unable to find paid apps in the software center. I have a fairly
stock install, but every time I go to the top 10 paid apps list, and
click on the links, it's unable to find the app. Also, I was unable to
find/purchase the humble bundle from the software center. I
I am unable to repro it. I deleted some accounts and that may be affected
my ability to repro. I believe I had a Facebook, Jabber (google), and
Google account. I tried configuring both a jabber (google) and google
account and did not get the same results. :( sorry.

Kernel Oops - BUG: unable
Hey folks. I don't know what happened, but I just applied the latest
updates a few minutes ago April 4th at 9PM EST, and the volume buttons
as well as the brightness buttons (which were also a bit weird) are now
working as expected.

- No keys were reported when pressing the key combinations

Prior to the beta 2 update, I could suspend and resume with a very good
success rate. Ever since the beta 2 update, when resuming from a
standby state, I get a black screen. There is no mouse cursor, and
there is no blinking cursor.

Install any piece of software and a short cut is added to the launcher.
Now, remove the same piece of software and the shortcut remains on the
