Ubuntu 10.04, PiTiVi 0.13.4: GStreamer encountered a general stream error.
Bugs wouldn't go ignored if they were triaged and properly filed in the
upstream bugtracker...
Anyway, was a trivial fix:
commit 7a40dc0ccdfbcf345fccb1330a62fb4cb0ccdade

pipeline: Don't release the lock twice.
The final issue has been fixed already (both in git and in ubuntu
package).
The initial ones are a bit scarier. If this can be reproduced with the
logs Jean-Francois mentionned it should be filed upstream.

All those issues (because there are more than one in this report) either
already exist in upstream bugtracker or aren't really bugs:
* Youtube not accepting theora 1.1 : their problem, not ours. You seem to have
found a format that works.
* Having a optimised for youtube rendering format : since
Just double checked, the backtrace doesn't make sense (the only strstr
call is not in the gst_decode_bin_expose() codepath), whatever the
version of gst-plugins-base being used.
