I found the problem: no swt,jar exists anymore. So i manually simlink swt-gtk-3.5.1.jar to swt,jar, that is: /usr/share/java# ln -s swt-gtk-3.5.1.jar swt.jar and then it works again. Note if from synaptic I reinstall all the swt package then the symlink is created. So the bug in not in
