If Update-Manager does an update which will cause etckeeper to do a commit,
Update-Manager says that there was a Package Operation Fail. etckeeper works
fine if I run an update from the command line (since bzr whoami is set)

Binary package hint: banshee
I was listening to an internet radio station when this error occurred.
The window with the exception (pasted below) popped up, then banshee
switched to a different (unfortunately annoying) internet radio station.
I couldn't stop playback nor
On the suggestion of Sarvatt in #ubuntu-x I installed the ~ubuntu-x-swat
PPA and upgraded the xserver-xorg-video-intel package to
2:2.13.901-2ubuntu2~xup~maverick . He thought this bug was most likely
bug 626967.
It *may* be that bug, but, after restarting and hooking up a second
monitor my video
