I was unable to reproduce this issue. Vagrant installed without issues
on my Jammy system. Could you please run `sudo apt update`, apply any
upgrades and try again? If the issue persists, please attach the output
of `apt policy vagrant`

As mentioned in the upstream bug report, this was resolved in gh
2.4.0+dfsg1-2 which has been synced to Ubuntu Jammy. The conflict is
fixed in the sense that the packages now are marked as being in conflict
so that only one of them can be installed at a time.

I can confirm I get the same error message on Ubuntu Jammy when
attempting to install both packages. This also happens now that
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/sndio/1.8.1-1.1 is in the
archive, so the newer version didn't resolve this automatically.
I'm not quite
Fwiw the package was recently remove from Ubuntu Jammy, see bug 1947452
for details. So an upgrade would probably also include re-introducing
the package.
