Sudo and su -c weren't working for me until I did export MALLOC_CHECK_=1
After that, I have downgraded the package and everything is working again now :D

Package okular (0.5.82-0ubuntu3) is uninstallable in gutsy because it
depends on libpoppler1-qt4, which is no longer in gutsy repositores.
Instead it is libpoppler-qt4-1 (0.5.9-0ubuntu1) which I suppose is a
renamed version of the former.
