after following all the steps it is necessary to run binary file to
activate bluetooth as mentioned in the PDF in the following link
it seems that this was a problem associated with AMD catalyst Driver
with linux kernel 3.13.0-34. purging the catalyst driver and updating
the kernel to 3.13.0-35 has solved the problem for me.
