mouse ist recognized and works some time (1-2 minutes) then it stops working
and the bluetooth-stick blinks like it searches for devices.
sometimes it even crashes the whole system having to hard-reset.

i have an icon for Thunderbird in the Launcher.
now if Thunderbird isn't running and i start it through the
messaging-indicator, there will be a new icon created for Thunderbird in the
Launcher instead of using the existing icon.

using the software sync in the Ubuntu Software Center should give the
user the option to select multiple programs at once for later batch-
installation just like in Synaptic.
if i make a fresh installation of Ubuntu and like to have all, let's say
80 programs, installed

when clicking on Shuffle in Rhythmbox, it physically shuffles all
the tracks in the playlist so i never could change it back to the
initial sorting.
behaviour should be like in other players a software shuffling which
doesn't change the sorting of the playlist but selects
using the nvidia drivers on a fresh install of 12.04 64-bit with the GT9800
leads to system freezing if activating the workspace Expo...
only switching to console with STRG+ALT+F1 and back brings the system back.
with the nouveau driver everything works nearly fine...
