I tried to get Istanbul to record, but it freezes for some reason. But
anyway..Yes, it seems to happen in MS-Word documents. I don't have
any OO docs so I don't know, but I believe I saw it only once in a
temporary OO doc I had a while back but deleted.

I don't know if this makes a difference, but I am working on a MS-Word
document (.DOC) when the actions I describe happen. I haven't tried a
native OO document.
