I still believe, that issue is also related to upgrade, not just to
dropbox library.
After reboot, the gnome environmet didn't worked properly. The menu and
panels wasn't started, ALT + F2 not worked.

finishing. There is no error message. Just all nautilus windows
disappeared.

I noted this in log, may be the issue is related to dropbox. I will run

BUT
Right now, same files moved to other directory triggered thumbnails.
SO it's not a issue with all OGV files, but is somehow specific to
particular cases. I will try to discover the difference and will update
this report. In mean time, this can be

when playing full screen video in mplayer.

too. Is that correct for AMD Mobile Sempron 3300+ ? I think, this is not
64bit CPU. I'm using 32bit distribution.

Thx Tore, it helped me to find, how to enable sisfb workarround for me
too.
I had to change in BIOS Share Memory from 128MB to 64MB. Now it's
working for me too (full resolution, colors fine)

The problem is, that UTF-8 is default charset in the system, but
regardles of this, the reported problem exist.
I got recommendation to use Tools - Choose external charset - UTF-8
to mitigate the bug. Unfortunatelly, I can't enable this explicit
selection of UTF-8, because Konqueror crash.
