Binary package hint: x11-xkb-utils
Polish diacritics are inserted when combining right Alt and letter:
Alt+a = ą
Alt+c = ć
Alt+o = ó
Alt+z = ż
Alt+l = ł
etc.
For some combinations of layouts it does not work when I switch to pl variant
in KDE.
