We were unable to install Ubuntu Focal Live Server via subiquity in the
daily-live iso from 17.03.2020 (SHA256SUM

Reason appears to be a failiure in the block device probing section.
ISO was loaded via IPMI
While the fix allows one to configure qemu-user-static, it prevents the
installation of the binary formats. In WSL Debian Buster on Windows 10
Pro Build 18363.535, I managed to install the formats by changing the
value of --fix-binary from yes to no. I think this eventually should be
fixed in WSL,

Ok, I understand the issue about the EFI partition. There is some rather long
winder FDO spec which might allow reusing of the EFI partition for /boot
purposes:

A boot partition of 256 MB is clearly too small for an EFI and/or
I tried the packages from xenial (1.9.2-3ubuntu2) and the issue seems to
be fixed there (looks like KWallet isn't used anymore at all).
