produces results that are different from the results generated with
blastall from the binary distribution downloaded from NCBI. Of course

The problem is still occuring on the OfficeJet 6500. The printout is
shifted to the top of the paper if the margin is small sometimes a part
of the page is missing. It happens with any printed pdf from evince. I
do not know if it affects also other pdf viewers like acrobat or other
programs like

Just want to mention that the problem still exists (Ubuntu precise +
gnome 3). I'm using QWERTZ (on my laptop built in keyboard) and QUERTY
on my english keyboard which I prefer for programming.

This did it! That is the 2nd option. I did not try the other option.
Nevertheless I suggest to leave the bug open. The clickpad should be
recognised automatically. Ideally also usable values should be preset.
Alternatively a tool to adjust the values would be nice.

Hi. I recreated everything and checked everything twice. Still no right
click. I attached the xorg log file.
I will now delete the dir again and check what the difference is.
