I booted the -98 kernel, enabled wireless in Network Manager, and then
booted the -99 kernel. I'm afraid apport-collect still stalls, and I
still see rfkill stuck in D+ state.
So, I can manually attach files from /var/log. Or I could try running
apport-collect with the -98 kernel running. Let
I ran "apport-collect 1553626", but it appeared to hang. (After an
hour, it was still saying "Collecting problem information".)

Saw this twice today on 11.10 on a VirtualBox VM (32-bit).
Interestingly, the assertion is different both times.
First failure:

An email that contains a PNG attachment can crash XEmacs 21.4.22 when viewed
using MH-E. I'll attach a C stacktrace from gdb and a sample message. I've
reproduced this on x86_64 and i686 systems, both running Ubuntu 11.10. This
appears to be the same as XEmacs issue570

xemacs crashes when using MH-E
I verified the fix by building 21.4.22 from the original source tarball,
reproducing the crash, applying the patch, and trying to reproduce the
crash.
Here's the stack information from gdb:

I noticed the following messages in VBox.log while trying to figure out
why virtualbox occasionally segfaults while shutting down an Ubuntu
11.10 guest. I'm not sure whether this is related to the segfaults or a
different issue. The message implies I should report it, so
Forgot to mention--the guest additions are installed on the guest. And
FWIW it's actually an Xubuntu 11.10 guest, not Ubuntu.
