Confirmed and very annoying. It feels like working in the 80s (I

wasn't a solution at all because I couldn't shutdown properly the computer ever
since so I didn't file the report you asked for.

Update: it might be related to the power saving settings. I had When
the lid is closed set to do nothing both for on battery power and for
when plugged in. I set them to Suspend and the computer finally
shutdown. I don't dare to boot up again and try to shutdown until

I confirm that disabling Firebug fixes the problem.
I disabled Firebug, problem fixed. I enabled it again, the problem is still
fixed (it's great that we don't have to restart the browser anymore to do that).

I got it working by running compiz with --loose-binding. Unfortunately I didn't
find a way to pass command line options to compiz when it starts up so I had to
hack it a little:
sudo bash

I usually start my day long editing session with emacs file from there
because it much faster than opening the main menu as I always have an open
terminal. This warning is very annoying because it makes the terminal scroll.
