there is always an option to tick if someone prefer to use the

Again I can confirm the bug still exist on the 02-Apr-2015 build.
Updates checked or not still displays the "Force UEFI" message.
"ESP" is still the term used on the boot partition instead of the usual
"EFI".

- Installed kernel that you suggested (3.17.0-031700rc5-generic).
- Disabled Nvidia and Broadcom proprietary drivers before rebooting.
- After splash screen, monitor went into standby mode.
- Reboot into 3.17.0-031700rc5-generic "recovery mode". Bluetooth detected but
can't enable Nvidia prop
Based on the feedback I gave, should I marked this fixed or not?

I might add my observations as well.
- Added VLC to repository then proceeded on doing "Go to system settings
> details page. On bottom right corner, (checking for updates)" = system
up to date.
- sudo apt-get update via Terminal then proceeded on doing "Go to system
settings > details page.
