In order to provide Ubuntu users the best user experience when accessing
SMB file shares, including Azure Files, the following features from
cifs-utils 6.9 release are needed:
- mounting share snapshots with GMT token (currently only SMB 100-nanoseconds
time is supported
Successfully tested the current Xenial kernel Xenial with xfstests and
cthon test suites.
$ uname -a
Linux ubuntu-vm 4.4.0-87-generic #110-Ubuntu SMP Tue Jul 18 12:55:35 UTC 2017

It seems like the kernel in xenial-proposed (4.4.0-87.110) has two
commits mentioned above and according to

with vers=2.0 or above.
