One Button (the back?) is not recognized and the forward? is mapped wrong.
left = 1

forward = 9 ( should be back)

I need two independent ati-cards for running opencl programs on them.
Unity works fine every time
gnome-shell works fine if only one card is active or crossfire is activated

My xorg.conf file
I have disabled the RightOf Screen because I only need the card to be active
and not to handle any desktop.
Eitherway gnome-shell doesnt work if I would activate the RightOf and disable
the Screen 1 line

up or down on the keyboard or turning the scroll wheel on the mouse the next

whenever I try to start eog it opens a window for as long as a blink of an eye
and crashes immediately with this error message:

hi sry, i had luck with the normal live cd. at one time a very strange thing
happened and the installmenu was completely different, why i dont know, and the
cd started.
the liveCD 11.10 does start again (with noacpi of course)

I don't know why, but scrolling through tabs using the mouse wheel (also
on touchpads) doesn't work anymore. Thats pretty annoying, is this
feature of gnome one of the most used by me. Where can I, or can it be
enabled?

Just figured out what won't let my computer start. The modesettings dont like
my pc. It started with nomodsettings on the boot line, but without gui.
I'll try the alternate cd, perhaps I'll have more luck.

Hi, I cannot start the livecd from Ubuntu 11.04. I must say I always had
trouble starting the CDs but witch noacpi or acpi=off on the boot commandline,
the liveCD mostly booted. But not 11.04 (natty).
I have no Idea where to look where de kernel hangs, since I dont have any
Seams to be fixed in Ubuntu 9.10. Can anyone verify this?

Thats the most annoying feature of the windows explorer and I will hate to see
this enabled in nautilus. However if this must be added because windows
explorer likes it this way, do it. Just give me a gconf option to disable this
feature an i will be happy.
