Hello everyone,
I have the same issue running the following setup:
Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS
kernel 5.4.0-73-generic
nginx/1.18.0
naxsi 1.3 Latest
Both systemctl reload and the reload through letsencrypt potentially triggers
this.
My previous assumption was the usage of naxsi in this, but that's
I tried plugging in to two different USB ports, then repeatedly into
one. It finally took, so the problem is intermittent for me.
It turns out mtp-connect was hanging in a terminal window and I found a
lot of what might be useful debugging info when I went back to it (after
the successful mount):

I still have the bug. Is there a fix for the current version of Unity

Before it crashed on any operation that created a new file. fx. Save As,

I have a dual boot karmic/lucid on my eee1000h.
With Karmic it works. With lucid it does not. See description above.
Have tryed the .34-rc5 kernel from mainline. And it still does not work
with that one.

Evolution will not automatic refresh IMAP folders when launced.
Workaround:
Press the stop button and press send/receive.
If not it will never end initial refresh.

After boot into 10.04 with Linux 2.6.32-19-generic kernel, Nautilus crashes
after boot.
When trying to do an automatic report thru apport I get this message, It says
that there is not enough free memory to do that.

Still an issue with -19 kernel. FYI the number after remainder is a
random number. Different at every boot

I think it is a regression since Karmic. This bootlog is Linux ubuntu
2.6.31-14-generic #48-Ubuntu SMP Fri Oct 16 14:04:26 UTC 2009 i686
GNU/Linux. Same eee 1000H, and still the same build in display.
When booting, Plymouth is also reported to be crashed in Lucid in maybe 1 out 5
times.

I like this...Maybe the power-button in the upper right corner is visual to
small compared with the ubuntu logo in the other corner and the rest of the
buttons.

Have installed your patch. This works for windows with 2 buttons. fx. Take
snapshot application.
But it does not work for windows with 1 button (close). Doubleclik on your own
*.deb file and reinstall the package. You will see a window with one button
(close) not rounded.

There is another problem with the rounding.
When you click on the buttons the rounding disapears and come back.
I am not sure how this should be solved nice. Even on the middle button it
looks wrong when it is only a square around the button that is changed when you
clik.

Text in the menu line for open office has been fixed.
Desktop search icon has been fixed for new installs of lucid. But if the icon
is visible in Kamic, it was not changed when updating to lucid.
