Ugh, what good is the LTS then... yikes?
Should I just get the groovy package of python3-openimageio and have it
work correctly?

after upgrade my touchpad scrolling did not work

no problems before upgrade on I believe 13.06. after upgrade and
reboot, didn't work. went to system settings mouse and touchpad,
everything looked OK. enabled natural scrolling and it still did not
work.
