Hi Iain
I actually emailed the maintainer about a week ago to confirm if this was a bug
fix release only, seeing how i've not received a reply from him, i'm reviewing
the debdiff right now, will let you know whether or not to approve it in a hour
or so.

Hi
I've had a look at the diff, and it seems to me that this is only a bug fix
release which has some 'extensions' for linux, not sure what that means, but
the diff doesn't seem to show any new features which have been introduced (
from what i gather ). Debdiff is attached.
** Patch added:

working, i can confirm reading CD's at this point, will try and burn a

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-input-synaptics
Synaptics touchpad on a brand new install of k/ubuntu does not work, not
even from a live disk. Tested on both KDE and GNOME variants and came to
the conclusion that it probably is a xserver-xorg-input-synaptics bug.

Hi
KOffice now has a new build dep on libdcmtk1-dev and libdcmtk1 which are in
universe. We need these libraries moved to main so that KOffice can be built
with these dependencies.
I have checked that the package meets all the MIR requirements.
