I have the exact same problem; the keyboard type 10 and blacklistng intel_vbtn kernel module in /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf and reboot didn't fix it. Tech info re hardware and OS: Distributor ID: Ubuntu Description: Ubuntu Hirsute Hippo (development branch) Release: 21.04 (had the same issue with 20.10 version and few other kernel versions)) Codename: hirsute Kernel running is 5.11.0-051100-generic Laptop is Lenovo W550s.
