Public bug reported:
If it starts automatically, Update Manager has no Window Title, no
Close/Maximize/Minimize buttons, and the window can not be brought
forward by clicking. But when invoked manually by any method (via dash,
launcher, the cog menu, etc), it shows up just fine.

Software Center did ask what webserver I am using. But the next dialog
about configuring cacti with database only had a combo box with
Abort/Retry/Ignore for me to choose from.
apt-get on the other hand, asked my webserver, the MySQL password, and

of Software Center. The config program asked for my MySQL password, what
web server app I am currently using, and other things. All works
correctly now.

This also affects me. It seems to have a higher chance while browsing the web,
regardless of the browser I use.
When it freezes, nothing but the cursor responds. I am using drivers from

I'm sorry I didn't provide this earlier and I'm afraid I can provide neither.
The /var/log/dist-upgrade/ directory is empty (I've also checked for hidden

Also, several boot cycles after the upgrade, the problem simply disappeared.
