think that more testing is needed on several other machines with sandy
bridge cpus.

I have the same problem. I have noticed however that the amount of
memory used increases the longer you have it running. mine starts at
24MiB and after a day or so get to 600+MiB. the work temporary around is
to kill it, and let it restart on its own every 2-3 hours. but this is a
major bother
