I got the same problems too.
Nautilus won't open Computer, Network and the trash anymore.
Usb sticks are not mounted automatically by nautilus and the trash symbol
disappered in the panel :/

I have recognized that the trash symbol is missing on my panel too and there is
no way to get it back. I tried to open the trash with nautilus but nautilus got
stuck. If I try it with the trash on the desktop
