Hm, well I removed imwheel, which fixed a few things, and after logging out and back in, my up arrow is no longer mapped to prtscn. Have you tried resetting the keyboard in the Keyboard applet? System Prefs Keyboard Layout Reset. After that you may need to check your Keyboard Shortcuts applet.
