Same for my lenovo IdeaPad 5 14IIL05, cant boot with "pci=nocrs" that is
required to make the touchpad work.
it was very well working on ubuntu 20.04, 21.04 and 21.10

Touchpad not recognized on
For me the touchpad has been working properly for weeks when it didn't work
before.
The only problem is ... I didn't make it work, so I have no idea why it started
working. But sometimes (rarely), it doesn't work and you have to turn the
computer back on.

Yesterday my touchpad worked all day long, even after several restarts,
and this morning it doesn't work anymore ... it's really not
understandable.
Yesterday I could see it appearing as an xinput list.
