Hi Daniel,
have tried it with a line:
options snd-hda-intel model=hp-dv7-4000
in /etc/modprobe.de/alsa-base.conf and the same for model=hp with
reboots in between. In both configurations, the microphone didnt work.
What else can i do?

Unfortunately, nothing has changed, but the alsa driver version from
ppa:ubuntu-audio-dev/ppa
is 1.0.23, which is not newer then the version before installing. Is that
right? Please inform me, if i can help.

The internal microphone didnt work, whereas an external microphone,
plugged into the front jack works. There is not possibility to switch
between internal and external microphone in alsa-mixer or gnome-mixer.
