Yes. I have a fully updated Unity. And I also have a clean installed Ubuntu 11.04 on the PC, I swapped the left Alt and Win, then I wasn't be able to use Alt+Num to switch the Terminal tab. Please see the attachment, and you can try the swapped alt/win, it might happen on your desktop too.
